Challenges
The primary challenge was navigating the corporate structure and decision-making process of a multi-billion dollar corporation while striving to maintain full rentals and minimize vacancies across their numerous properties.
Solution
A comprehensive suite of solutions were implemented including multiple website designs, two full branding packages, numerous signs, brochures, logos, video projects, and a monthly newsletter.
Results
The strategies implemented resulted in a significant increase in traffic across all sites, with properties consistently filled to capacity and vacancies becoming a rare occurrence.
